In a clean medium bowl, combine white chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract and fold in Christmas sprinkles.

Gently spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer while it is still slightly warm to ensure bonding.

Sprinkle additional festive sprinkles on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set before slicing and serving.
