# What You'll Need:

01 - 8.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
02 - 7 fl oz sweetened condensed milk (about half of a 14 oz can)
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ White Chocolate Layer

04 - 8.5 oz white chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
05 - 7 fl oz sweetened condensed milk (about half of a 14 oz can)
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 2 tbsp festive Christmas sprinkles

→ Topping

08 - Additional Christmas sprinkles for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
03 - Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
04 - In a clean medium bowl, combine white chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract and fold in Christmas sprinkles.
05 - Gently spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer while it is still slightly warm to ensure bonding.
06 - Sprinkle additional festive sprinkles on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set before slicing and serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use only sweetened condensed milk for proper texture; avoid reduced-fat versions.
02 - Melt chocolate using short bursts to prevent overheating, especially white chocolate.
03 - If fudge is too soft after chilling, extend refrigeration time to allow firm setting.
04 - Store prepared fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
