Transfer the browned beef into a 5-6 quart slow cooker. Add refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to thicken.

Spoon the taco filling onto hamburger buns and garnish with preferred toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.
