Crock Pot Taco Joese (Printer-Friendly)

A hearty slow cooker filling with ground beef, refried beans, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef

→ Canned Goods

02 - 16-ounce can refried beans
03 - 10-ounce can enchilada sauce
04 - 16-ounce jar salsa

→ Seasoning

05 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Bread

06 - 10 hamburger buns

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
02 - Transfer the browned beef into a 5-6 quart slow cooker. Add refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to thicken.
04 - Spoon the taco filling onto hamburger buns and garnish with preferred toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.
