Stir in the rice and Cajun seasoning, mixing well to coat the rice evenly with the spices.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer gently for 20 to 25 minutes, until the liquid is fully absorbed and rice is tender.
