Crispy wonton cups filled with seasoned beef, cheese, fresh lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.

# What You'll Need:

→ Wonton Cups

01 - 24 fresh wonton wrappers
02 - Cooking spray

→ Filling

03 - 1 lb lean ground beef
04 - 1 tbsp taco seasoning
05 - 2 tbsp water

→ Toppings

06 - 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
08 - ½ cup guacamole
09 - ½ cup sour cream
10 - 8 tbsp pico de gallo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lightly coat a standard muffin tin with cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, then layer a second wrapper with staggered points. Gently press to form nests.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake the wonton cups for 10 minutes until crisp and golden at the edges. Remove and cool slightly.
03 - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, stirring and breaking up lumps until fully browned with no pink remaining.
04 - Reduce heat to low. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until seasoning is fully absorbed.
05 - Spoon 1 tablespoon of seasoned beef into each wonton cup, followed by 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese.
06 - Top each cup evenly with shredded lettuce, then spoon guacamole and a dollop of sour cream in the center. Finish with 1 teaspoon of pico de gallo.
07 - Serve immediately while cups are still slightly warm to retain crispness and freshness.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For maximum crispness, do not fill wonton cups until just before serving.
02 - Wonton cups can be baked ahead and stored at room temperature for up to two days.
