# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 1 large crusty bread bowl (e.g., sourdough or artisan round)

→ Seafood

02 - 227 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 120 milliliters fresh crab meat, shell-free
04 - 120 milliliters sea scallops, side muscle removed

→ Aromatics and fats

05 - 28 grams unsalted butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 30 grams shallot, finely chopped

→ Dairy

08 - 120 milliliters heavy cream
09 - 57 grams cream cheese, softened
10 - 25 grams Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
11 - 50 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Seasonings

12 - 15 milliliters fresh lemon juice
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
14 - Salt, to taste
15 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut the top off the bread bowl and hollow out the center, leaving approximately 2 cm thick walls. Reserve the bread pieces for dipping. Toast the hollowed bread bowl in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallot, cooking gently for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and softened without browning.
03 - Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and scallops become opaque. Fold in crab meat and heat through for 1 minute without overcooking.
04 - Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook gently until cream cheese melts and the sauce is smooth, coating seafood evenly.
05 - Stir in half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until fully melted and integrated into the sauce. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
06 - Spoon the creamy seafood mixture into the toasted bread bowl. Evenly sprinkle remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top to form a golden crust when baked.
07 - Place filled bread bowl on a baking sheet. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top, and serve immediately with reserved bread pieces for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use a sturdy bread bowl to prevent sogginess. Do not overcook seafood to maintain tenderness. Reserved bread pieces add crunch and are perfect for dipping.
