02 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 1/4 cup whole milk

05 - 2 (8 oz) tubs brand-name Cool Whip, fully thawed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend strawberry gelatin powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk using a handheld or stand mixer at medium-high speed for about 1.5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly and appears glossy.
02 - Cover or transfer the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the mixture sets to a thick glaze-like consistency.
