Southwest Chicken Flavor Wraps (Printer-Friendly)

Quick tortilla wraps filled with chicken, cheese, crisp lettuce, and a punchy Southwest sauce.

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Sauce

01 - 60 g sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
02 - 60 g salsa, mild or medium
03 - 7 g taco seasoning

→ Wrap Fillings

04 - 120 g chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
05 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack, for heat)
06 - 80 g diced tomato
07 - 30 g crispy tortilla strips

→ To Assemble

08 - 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size, approx. 25 cm diameter; can substitute with whole wheat, gluten-free, or flavored varieties)
09 - 300 g grilled chicken breast strips, sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, mix chopped lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomato, and tortilla strips. Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons (about 30 ml) of the prepared sauce over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
03 - Place a tortilla flat on the work surface. Spoon approximately one-fourth of the lettuce mixture along the bottom center of the tortilla. Top with one-fourth of the chicken strips.
04 - Fold the sides over the filling, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom upwards to seal. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
05 - Slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately with remaining sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
