In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until smooth. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix chopped lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomato, and tortilla strips. Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons (about 30 ml) of the prepared sauce over the mixture and toss gently to coat.

Place a tortilla flat on the work surface. Spoon approximately one-fourth of the lettuce mixture along the bottom center of the tortilla. Top with one-fourth of the chicken strips.

Fold the sides over the filling, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom upwards to seal. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately with remaining sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
