Evenly spread approximately 30 g of Nutella over one side of each flour tortilla.

Fold each tortilla in half to cover the Nutella, forming a semicircle.

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Place one or two folded tortillas in the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown and the Nutella is melted.

Remove quesadillas from the pan, cut into wedges, and dust lightly with icing sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
