01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Using a sharp bread knife, slice the sweet rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves together. Place only the bottom halves in an oven-safe baking dish.
02 -
Spread a light layer of Thousand Island or Russian dressing evenly over the bottom halves. Arrange thin slices of corned beef to cover all the bread. If using thick leftover slices, shred slightly for easier layering.
03 -
Place half of the Swiss cheese slices over the corned beef. Spoon the well-drained sauerkraut evenly on top, pressing lightly to secure. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the sauerkraut, then cover with the rest of the Swiss cheese.
04 -
Carefully place the top halves of the rolls onto the layered bottom halves, aligning edges neatly.
05 -
In a small bowl, whisk melted salted butter with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the rolls generously with this seasoned butter.
06 -
Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning thickly over the buttered tops. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through. Remove foil and bake an additional 3–5 minutes for a golden top if desired.
