# What You'll Need:

→ Noodles and Seasoning

01 - 3 oz instant ramen noodle soup package, chicken or vegetable flavor
02 - ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
03 - ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
05 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
07 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic

→ Protein

08 - 1 to 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
09 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

→ Vegetables

10 - 2 medium carrots, grated
11 - 2 green onions, chopped

→ Wraps and Garnish

12 - 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps (10-inch)
13 - Sesame seeds, black or white, for sprinkling
14 - Fresh mint and/or cilantro leaves, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place eggs in boiling water and cook until hard-boiled, approximately 9-12 minutes. Immediately transfer to cold water to prevent overcooking and preserve yolk color. Peel and slice when cooled.
02 - Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains in the center. Slice thinly once cooled. Alternatively, use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken.
03 - Cook ramen noodles in boiling water or microwave for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly to remove excess water.
04 - Combine drained noodles with included soup seasoning packet, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sriracha, minced garlic, and fish sauce. Mix well to incorporate flavors evenly.
05 - Lay each tortilla flat. Distribute ¼ of sliced chicken, grated carrots, green onions, and optional fresh herbs evenly. Add ¼ of seasoned noodles atop vegetable layer, then place sliced egg on noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds over filling.
06 - Fold sides of tortilla inward, then tightly roll from the bottom upwards, securing filling. Place seam side down and cut diagonally in half to serve.
