Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and flour until a slightly thick, sticky batter forms.

Incorporate salt, oregano, basil, and garlic powder to taste. Spoon small mounds of the mixture on the prepared tray, approximately 1 cm thick each.

Evenly sprinkle grated mozzarella over each formed patty.

Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and edges are lightly crisped.

Allow to cool briefly and serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as tomato, garlic, or yogurt-based sauce.
