01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Protein

02 - 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey breast, chopped or shredded

→ Cheese

03 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese

05 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

→ Herbs

06 - 3 to 4 sage leaves, chopped (or substitute with thyme or rosemary)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium to medium-low heat.
02 - Place one tortilla in the skillet, evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Swiss cheeses over the entire tortilla, then arrange turkey, cranberry sauce, and chopped herbs on one half.
