Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups (Printer-Friendly)

All the classic Philly flavors, minus the carbs—melty cheese, tender beef, and crisp peppers in every bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 to 10 slices deli roast beef, thinly sliced
02 - 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
03 - 0.5 medium onion, sliced
04 - 6 to 8 slices provolone cheese

→ Oil and Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - Garlic powder, optional, pinch

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (approximately 200°C) for optimal baking results.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder if using. Cook until vegetables are softened and lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Lay deli roast beef slices flat on a cutting board. Spoon sautéed peppers and onions along one edge of each slice.
04 - Place one slice of provolone cheese on top of the vegetables. Roll up each beef slice tightly from the filling edge to the opposite side.
05 - Place assembled roll ups seam side down into a baking dish, fitting them closely together.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden around the edges.
07 - Allow to rest for one to two minutes before serving to avoid burning from hot cheese.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - If deli beef is very thin, double up slices to help with structure and prevent sticking during assembly and baking.
02 - Leftover sautéed peppers and onions can be used in omelets or enjoyed cold as a quick snack.
03 - Lining the baking dish with parchment or foil improves cleanup and prevents cheese from sticking.
04 - Rolling while the filling is too hot may cause burns; wait a minute for safer handling.
05 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
