Pour the remaining 2.5 cups water around the edges and over the top, ensuring all pasta is moistened. Gently press down with a spatula so the water reaches all layers.

Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and select pressure cook/manual at high pressure for 5 minutes.

When the cycle finishes, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
