Hot Fudge Brownie Bread (Printer-Friendly)

Chocolatey, moist loaf with gooey fudge and soft brownie texture.

# What You'll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 box (about 18.3 ounces) brownie mix
02 - 1 jar (about 12 ounces) hot fudge sauce, room temperature
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 0.5 cup canola oil

→ Finishing Sauce

05 - 1 jar (about 12 ounces) hot fudge sauce, for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with a nonstick baking spray, ensuring complete coverage.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, one jar of hot fudge sauce, eggs, and canola oil. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and fully incorporated.
03 - Pour the prepared batter evenly into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean or with a few moist crumbs.
04 - Let the bread cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before removing it to prevent breaking.
05 - Warm the second jar of hot fudge sauce until pourable. Drizzle the hot fudge over the cooled bread and allow it to set before slicing.
06 - Cut into slices using a sharp serrated knife. Serve as is or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For optimal slicing, ensure the bread is cooled thoroughly and the hot fudge topping has set before cutting.
02 - Store tightly wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 6 days.
