# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Seasoning

01 - 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
02 - 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

→ Protein

06 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Cooking Oil

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

08 - 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - 1 tablespoon plain nonfat Greek yogurt
11 - 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

→ Wrap Assembly

12 - 4 light or low-carb tortillas
13 - 4 to 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
14 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine dry mustard powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic salt in a small bowl.
02 - Place chicken pieces in a large resealable bag or mixing bowl. Add seasoning mix and thoroughly coat the chicken by shaking the bag or stirring the bowl.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown the chicken evenly until cooked through. Remove from heat.
04 - Whisk together yellow mustard, honey, Greek yogurt, and light mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
05 - Place one tortilla on a clean surface. Layer 1 to 2 lettuce leaves and 1 to 2 tomato slices along the center. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey mustard sauce over the tomato. Add approximately 3.25 ounces of cooked chicken atop the sauce. Fold in the edges and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat to make four wraps.
06 - Cut each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately or store ingredients separately for later assembly.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use kitchen shears to quickly trim chicken breasts into cutlets or bite-sized pieces for efficient preparation.
02 - Leftover chicken and sauce can be stored separately to maintain freshness if wraps are not assembled immediately.
