02 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
03 - 1 teaspoon lime zest

→ Fruit

04 - 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
05 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
06 - 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
07 - 1 cup blueberries
08 - 1 cup blackberries
09 - 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
10 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rinse all fresh fruit thoroughly with cold water and pat completely dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - Hull and quarter strawberries. Dice pineapple into small cubes. Halve grapes. Peel and slice kiwis. Peel mandarin oranges and separate into segments.
03 - Place all prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.
04 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well incorporated.
05 - Pour the honey lime glaze over the mixed fruit in the large bowl.
06 - Gently toss the fruit and glaze with a large spoon or spatula until all pieces are evenly coated, taking care not to crush the fruit.
07 - Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve for optimal freshness and flavor.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best results, make sure fruit is thoroughly dry before combining. Zest the lime before juicing for easier handling. Use a bowl large enough to keep berries from becoming squashed when tossing.
02 - Salad can be prepared up to one day ahead. Flavors continue to develop if allowed to rest.
