# What You'll Need:

→ Panini Base

01 - 2 individual mini pizza bases

→ Sauce and Spread

02 - 2 tablespoons tomato pizza sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon red bell pepper paste

→ Filling

04 - 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
05 - 60 grams sliced pepperoni
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ To Assemble

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat a panini press, grill pan, or sandwich maker to medium-high heat.
02 - Place the pizza bases on a clean work surface. Lightly brush one side of each with olive oil.
03 - Evenly spread tomato pizza sauce over the un-oiled side of each base, then layer with red bell pepper paste.
04 - Arrange tomato slices, pepperoni, and mozzarella on one pizza base. Top with the second base, sauce side inward, forming a sandwich.
05 - Place the assembled panini in the preheated grill. Close lid and press for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden with grill marks.
