Combine olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a resealable plastic bag. Mix well by shaking the bag.

Add chicken breasts to the bag with marinade, remove air, seal, and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 350°F (177°C). Ensure grill grates are clean to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Optionally, place lemon slices on the upper grill rack or on aluminum foil on the side to avoid direct heat. Close the lid and cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
