07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 1 fresh lemon, sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a resealable plastic bag. Mix well by shaking the bag.
02 - Add chicken breasts to the bag with marinade, remove air, seal, and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
