A smooth blend of garlic, parsley, thyme, and chives mixed into creamy butter for versatile use.

# What You'll Need:

→ Butter Base

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, very soft (not melted)

→ Fresh Herbs

02 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely sliced

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
06 - ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place unsalted butter, parsley, thyme, chives, garlic, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper into a medium-sized bowl.
02 - Stir all ingredients together until fully combined and evenly distributed.
03 - Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap and place the butter mixture in the center, forming it into a log shape.
04 - Roll the plastic wrap over the butter, pressing it into a tight log. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap and tuck them underneath the roll.
05 - Place the wrapped butter in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
06 - Slice the chilled butter into rounds and serve as desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Fresh herbs provide the best flavor; if substituting dried herbs, use one teaspoon dried for each tablespoon fresh.
02 - Salted butter may be used by omitting the added kosher salt.
03 - Chill time enhances flavor melding and texture but the butter can be used immediately if softened.
04 - Store wrapped butter in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to six months.
