Juicy steak bites melded with garlic butter and creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce over tender pasta spirals for a hearty meal.

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak

01 - 8 ounces sirloin steak, cubed
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
06 - Pinch of red pepper flakes

→ Pasta

07 - 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
08 - 2 cups water, salted (for boiling pasta)
09 - 1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water

→ Sauce

10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 cup heavy cream (full fat)
13 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
14 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - Salt and pepper, a pinch each
16 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Garnish

17 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
02 - Toss steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in a single layer without stirring for 2 minutes, then turn and brown all sides. Remove steak and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to skillet, scraping browned bits. Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, avoiding burning.
04 - Pour in heavy cream, then add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and fold in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
05 - Add drained pasta into the sauce. Toss thoroughly to coat. If sauce is too thick, stir in reserved pasta water gradually for desired consistency.
06 - Return steak to skillet with pasta and sauce. Toss gently until steak is warmed through and coated. Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Pat steak dry before searing for best crust. Keep reserved pasta water to adjust sauce texture. Leftovers improve after resting overnight.
