Garlic Butter Steak Parmesan Sauce (Printer-Friendly)

Sizzling steak bites with garlic butter and Parmesan cream bring comfort and gourmet flair in just 25 minutes.

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak

01 - 450g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

04 - 28g unsalted butter
05 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 120ml beef broth
07 - 120ml heavy cream or half-and-half
08 - 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Generously season the steak pieces with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant without browning.
04 - Pour in beef broth, gently scraping up any browned bits from the skillet to infuse flavor.
05 - Reduce the heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and begins to thicken, about 3–5 minutes.
06 - Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing to fully coat in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
07 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately while hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Sear steak over high heat for a caramelized crust, and avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure even browning.
02 - For a lighter version, use half-and-half in place of heavy cream or reduce the amount of butter.
03 - Incorporate extras like mushrooms, baby spinach, or onions to enhance flavor and texture.
04 - For a gluten-free meal, ensure the beef broth is certified gluten-free and thicken the sauce with cornstarch if desired.
