Place the flour in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and garlic powder. Beat the eggs in a third shallow bowl and set aside.

Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, coating thoroughly. Then submerge in beaten eggs before rolling in the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange the coated sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.

Remove the sticks from the freezer and repeat dipping them in egg, then breadcrumbs to create a thicker crust. Return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for an additional 15 minutes until fully solid.

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C) five minutes prior to cooking. Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, spraying lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 6 minutes, using multiple batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

Serve the sticks immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and accompanied by marinara sauce for dipping.
