# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet (approx. 30 g) taco seasoning
03 - 120 ml water
04 - 1 bag (165 g) Nacho Cheese Doritos, roughly crushed

→ Salad Additions

05 - 1 can (400 g) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
06 - ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
07 - 225 g medium cheddar cheese, shredded
08 - 3 medium tomatoes, diced

→ Dressing and Garnish

09 - 1 bottle (350 ml) Catalina dressing or French dressing
10 - Sour cream, to serve

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking into crumbles, until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer until liquid reduces and beef mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, add crushed Doritos, kidney beans, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.
04 - Add the seasoned beef mixture to the bowl. Gently toss everything together to evenly distribute ingredients.
05 - Drizzle Catalina or French dressing over the salad and toss again to coat all ingredients lightly.
06 - Divide salad among serving plates and top each portion with a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately.
