Place one tortilla flat on a cutting surface. Spread about 1 heaping tablespoon of sauce over the bottom half, leaving a one-inch border along the edges.

Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced avocado, shredded cheese, and cooked chicken evenly over the sauced area. Sprinkle crushed Fritos on top, then drizzle an additional tablespoon of sauce over the fillings.

Fold in both sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings. Slice each wrap in half before serving.
