Place a tortilla flat on a cutting surface. Spread approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of sauce evenly over the lower half of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.

Layer 1/3 cup shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, one quarter of the diced avocado, 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar, and 1/2 cup shredded chicken atop the sauced area. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed Fritos over the chicken, then drizzle an additional tablespoon of sauce on top.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap. Repeat the process for remaining tortillas. Slice wraps in half diagonally before serving.
