Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Hash (Printer-Friendly)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 24 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed

02 - 10.5 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 large egg

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spray a 5 to 6 quart oval slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine shredded hash browns, condensed cheddar cheese soup, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed and spread the mixture uniformly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown and crumble ground beef with chopped onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease, then stir in sloppy Joe sauce.
04 - Spoon the sloppy Joe beef mixture evenly over the hash brown layer in the slow cooker.
05 - Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 4.5 hours until heated through and bubbly.
06 - About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole. Replace the lid and allow the cheese to melt.
07 - Remove from heat and serve immediately.
