Creamy Fruit Salad Mix (Printer-Friendly)

Vibrant mix of berries, grapes, mandarin oranges, and apples tossed in sweetened condensed milk.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Fruit

01 - 250 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 125 g blueberries, rinsed
03 - 150 g seedless green grapes, halved
04 - 150 g seedless red grapes, halved
05 - 1 large red apple, diced
06 - 250 g canned mandarin orange segments, drained

→ Dressing

07 - 200 ml sweetened condensed milk

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh mint leaves, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the apple into bite-sized pieces. If desired, spritz diced apple with a few drops of fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, red grapes, diced apple, and drained mandarin oranges. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
03 - Gently toss the fruit mixture until all pieces are evenly coated with the condensed milk. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to chill and allow flavors to meld.
04 - Stir the salad once more before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Fruit selection can be customized based on seasonality and personal preference. Pineapple chunks, blackberries, or raspberries may be substituted.
02 - Apples may oxidize and brown; a light spritz of lemon juice helps prevent discoloration.
03 - If preparing in advance, be mindful that certain fruits release more juice over time. Stir before serving and consume within 3–5 days for optimal texture.
