# What You'll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
02 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
03 - 1 tablespoon flax seeds
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 3 cups crushed puffed rice cereal

→ Coating and Decoration

07 - 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
08 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
09 - 24 candy eyes
10 - 12 small red candy balls
11 - 24 pretzel pieces for antlers

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Crush the puffed rice cereal using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Set aside.
02 - In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, ground cinnamon, and honey. Microwave for 15 seconds and stir until fully incorporated.
03 - Add crushed puffed rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture and stir until the cereal is well coated.
04 - Using a tablespoon measure, scoop the mixture and roll into balls by hand. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm.
05 - In 30-second increments, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl, stirring between intervals until smooth and fully melted.
06 - Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, shaking off excess chocolate. Return to the lined baking sheet. Adorn each ball with 2 candy eyes, 1 red candy nose, and 2 pretzel antlers.
07 - Freeze the decorated balls for an additional 10 minutes until the chocolate sets. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - If the mixture feels too soft or sticky when forming balls, refrigerate it for 10 minutes before shaping.
02 - Keep extra pretzels on hand as antlers can break during cutting.
03 - If chocolate hardens too quickly during dipping, remelt in the microwave for 15 seconds.
