# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, combine chicken strips with 1 teaspoon each of hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook 5 to 7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
03 - Whisk together brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
04 - Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add lo mein noodles and cook approximately 6 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
