→ Filling

02 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 150 g cooked bacon, crispy and crumbled
04 - 1 large jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeds optional for heat control)
05 - 60 g red onion, finely diced

→ Topping

06 - 110 g white cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) garlic butter, melted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Stack the pizza dough tubes together and flatten into layers. Work in sections to make handling easier.
02 - Mix softened cream cheese with crispy bacon, jalapeño, and diced red onion until evenly combined.
03 - Spread the filling evenly over the dough layers. Fold and twist individual portions to create snack-sized spirals.
04 - Sprinkle shredded white cheddar generously on top of each twisted piece.
05 - Bake at 190°C (375°F) until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, about 18-22 minutes.
06 - Allow twists to cool slightly, then brush with melted garlic butter to finish.
