11 - 1 cup undressed coleslaw mix
12 - 3 tablespoons light blue cheese dressing

→ Buns and Toppings

13 - 4 hamburger buns
14 - 4 lettuce leaves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried dill, and two tablespoons of Buffalo wing sauce. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
02 - Shape the mixture into four equal patties and place them on a platter or cutting board.
03 - Cover and refrigerate the patties for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and improve firmness.
04 - Lightly spray a nonstick grill pan or skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked.
05 - While the patties cook, toss undressed coleslaw mix with light blue cheese dressing in a bowl until evenly coated.
06 - Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then add a cooked patty. Drizzle with one teaspoon of Buffalo wing sauce and top with about ¼ cup blue cheese coleslaw. Finish with the top bun.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For firmer patties and enhanced flavor, refrigerate formed patties for at least one hour before cooking.
02 - Ground turkey breast can substitute chicken breast if desired.
03 - Adjust hot sauce quantity to taste for spice sensitivity.
