03 - 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ Main

09 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together the dry mustard powder, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly blended.
02 - Place the chicken pieces in a large mixing bowl and add the seasoning mix. Stir thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the dry rub.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces without overcrowding the pan. Stir regularly to break up clusters and coat chicken in oil. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
04 - Remove the skillet from heat and serve the chicken bites immediately or use as desired in salads, wraps, or bowls.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For increased spicy heat, increase cayenne pepper to ¼ teaspoon.
