# What You'll Need:

→ Fries Base

01 - 1 bag (about 600 g) frozen French fries

→ Beef Topping

02 - 225 g ground beef
03 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese and Vegetables

07 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 40 g diced onion
09 - 30 g sliced dill pickles
10 - 15 g shredded iceberg lettuce

→ Sauce and Garnish

11 - 60 ml Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac-style sauce
12 - Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Prepare the frozen French fries according to the package instructions by baking or air frying until golden brown and crisp.
02 - Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked.
03 - Sprinkle the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine well. Drain excess fat if needed.
04 - Once cooked, transfer the hot fries to a large serving plate or tray, spreading them in an even layer.
05 - Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the fries. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
06 - Remove fries from oven and distribute the seasoned beef evenly over the melted cheese.
07 - Scatter diced onion, sliced pickles, and shredded iceberg lettuce evenly across the top.
08 - Generously drizzle the Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac-style sauce over the fries and toppings.
09 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a classic finish and serve immediately while hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For optimal texture, assemble and serve the fries immediately to keep them crisp.
02 - Air frying reduces oil content and keeps the fries light and crispy.
03 - Add cheese before the beef to ensure thorough melting and satisfying richness.
04 - Customize toppings based on preference—plant-based meat, alternative sauces, or additional vegetables can be used.
