02 - 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade seasoning blend
03 - 3 cups frozen French fries or fresh-cut potatoes
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 0.5 cup whole milk
07 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sliced steak with taco seasoning until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from heat.
