Savory seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh pico de gallo wrapped in warm flour tortillas.

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

→ Tortillas

03 - 6 taco-sized flour tortillas

→ Cheese

04 - 2 cups Mexican shredded cheese blend

→ Pico de Gallo

05 - 1 cup chopped tomatoes
06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
10 - 1/2 seeded and chopped jalapeno

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine chopped tomatoes, onion, lime juice, salt, cilantro, and jalapeno in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into fine crumbles. Stir in taco seasoning and required water from seasoning package, and cook until absorbed.
03 - Wrap the tortillas in a damp towel and microwave for approximately 20 seconds until flexible and easy to fold.
04 - Distribute shredded cheese, seasoned beef, and a spoonful of pico de gallo evenly on each warm tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
05 - Wrap each filled tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave individually for 20 seconds to melt the cheese and warm the filling.
06 - Remove from microwave and serve immediately while warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Break ground beef into very small pieces to mimic Taco Bell's texture. Use taco-sized tortillas to maintain authentic portion size. Ensure tortillas are warm to prevent cracking during rolling.
