03 - 1 tablespoon ginger paste
04 - 14 ounces coleslaw mix
05 - 2 small heads baby bok choy, chopped
06 - 1 cup matchstick carrots

→ Sauces and Seasonings

07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

→ Garnishes (optional)

14 - Sriracha sauce, for drizzling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add ground beef to a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat until fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
02 - Return the beef to the skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in garlic paste and ginger paste. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly to develop flavor.
03 - Add coleslaw mix, chopped bok choy, matchstick carrots, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir well to fully combine all ingredients with the beef.
04 - Continue cooking the mixture on medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened and heated through.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Divide into serving bowls and optionally garnish with sriracha and sesame seeds.
