Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a 33 x 23 cm baking dish.

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.

Evenly sprinkle ranch seasoning over the tops of the pork chops. Place a pat of unsalted butter on each chop.

Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C in the thickest part of the chop.

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if using, and serve immediately.
