Baked Ranch Butter Pork Chops (Printer-Friendly)

Juicy pork chops seasoned with ranch and baked in butter for a flavorful, quick dinner option.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 boneless pork chops, approximately 2.5 cm thick
02 - 40 g unsalted butter, divided into 4 pieces
03 - 12 g ranch seasoning powder
04 - 2 g fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a 33 x 23 cm baking dish.
02 - Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.
03 - Evenly sprinkle ranch seasoning over the tops of the pork chops. Place a pat of unsalted butter on each chop.
04 - Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C in the thickest part of the chop.
05 - Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if using, and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Letting pork chops rest before serving allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in tender and moist meat.
02 - For best results, use a digital meat thermometer to ensure precise doneness.
03 - For added flavor and a complete meal, add sliced onions or baby potatoes to the baking dish.
