01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic until the meat is browned and no longer pink, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
03 -
Transfer the cooked beef mixture to a large bowl and stir in secret burger sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
04 -
Using the same skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Let cool slightly, then crumble into small pieces and set aside.
05 -
Carefully slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops attached. Place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Layer 6 slices of cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom buns. Spread the beef mixture on top, then add the remaining 6 slices of cheese. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the cheese and cover with the top halves of the buns.
07 -
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until smooth.
08 -
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
09 -
Cover the sliders loosely with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a toasted top, if desired.
10 -
Serve the sliders warm as is, or with optional toppings such as pickles, tomato slices, red onion, or shredded lettuce.
