Juicy shrimp with bold spices and crispy finish, ready in minutes using air frying technique.

# What You'll Need:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - ½ tsp onion powder
06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ½ tsp black pepper
08 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - Juice of ½ lemon, for serving

→ Optional Dipping Sauce

10 - ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
11 - 1 tbsp ketchup
12 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
13 - ½ tsp garlic powder
14 - 1 tsp lemon juice
15 - Pinch of paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss to coat evenly.
02 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking if needed.
03 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if required. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink, curled, and slightly crisp at the edges. Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, and paprika. Chill until serving.
05 - Serve shrimp hot with optional dipping sauce, over salad greens, tacos, rice, or alongside preferred sides. Garnish with parsley, green onion, or additional lemon wedges as desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a crispy finish, dry shrimp thoroughly before seasoning. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking. Large or jumbo shrimp are ideal to retain juiciness. Monitor cooking closely starting at 6 minutes to prevent overcooking.
