Air Fryer Roast Beef Sandwich (Printer-Friendly)

Tender roast beef and Swiss cheese meld on toasted buns with a creamy, tangy sauce.

# What You'll Need:

→ Sauce

01 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
02 - 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
03 - 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish

→ Sandwich

04 - 4 brioche buns
05 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
06 - 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, and prepared horseradish in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
02 - Optional: Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Place two bottom buns and two top buns in the basket and spread the prepared sauce evenly on each bun.
03 - Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each bun. On the bottom buns, layer approximately five slices of roast beef each.
04 - Air fry the sandwiches at 370°F for 4 to 6 minutes, until the cheese is melted, the meat is warmed through, and the buns are lightly toasted. Remove top buns early if they brown too quickly.
05 - Prepare the remaining sandwiches in the same manner. Serve immediately with any remaining sauce if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For open-faced sandwiches, reduce cooking time by about one minute.
02 - Substitute horseradish with garlic aioli or mayonnaise to adjust flavor.
03 - Stone ground mustard can be replaced with Dijon mustard or omitted if preferred.
04 - Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days but note that bread may soften.
