Combine mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, and prepared horseradish in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.

Optional: Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Place two bottom buns and two top buns in the basket and spread the prepared sauce evenly on each bun.

Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each bun. On the bottom buns, layer approximately five slices of roast beef each.

Air fry the sandwiches at 370°F for 4 to 6 minutes, until the cheese is melted, the meat is warmed through, and the buns are lightly toasted. Remove top buns early if they brown too quickly.

Prepare the remaining sandwiches in the same manner. Serve immediately with any remaining sauce if desired.
