11 - Kosher salt, to taste
12 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, honey mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and poultry seasoning until thoroughly combined.
02 - Place pork tenderloin in a large zip lock bag or non-reactive container. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
03 - Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 1 to 2 minutes according to manufacturer’s instructions.
04 - Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Season all sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place pork tenderloin into the air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry pork at 400°F for 5 minutes to promote surface caramelization.
06 - Reduce air fryer temperature to 325°F. Continue cooking for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the thickest part of the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
07 - Transfer pork tenderloin to a clean cutting board and allow it to rest, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
08 - Slice pork against the grain into medallions. Serve immediately with desired accompaniments.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Remove silver skin from pork tenderloin before marinating for optimal tenderness.
02 - Resting the cooked meat ensures juice redistribution and maximum succulence.
03 - For a spicier variation, add ½ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne to the marinade.
04 - If pork tenderloin is too large for the basket, cut in half; cooking time remains the same.
