Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin (Printer-Friendly)

Tender pork cooked quickly in the air fryer with honey, soy, and herbs for a simple, flavorful main dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 pork tenderloin (approximately 500–600 grams), silver skin trimmed
02 - 60 millilitres soy sauce
03 - 30 millilitres olive oil
04 - 22 grams honey
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Use a sharp knife to remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin.
02 - In a large resealable bag, add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
03 - Place the trimmed pork tenderloin into the bag, seal securely, and shake gently until the meat is evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight for optimal flavor.
04 - Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
05 - Transfer the marinated pork to the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, turning once halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
06 - Remove the pork from the air fryer, tent loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best flavor and tenderness, marinate the pork for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
02 - Pork tenderloin should always be cooked to 63°C (145°F) and rested to ensure maximum juiciness.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the fridge or freeze well-wrapped portions for up to 3 months.
