Tender pork chops with a crunchy coating cooked to perfection using the air fryer method.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/3 cup finely crushed club crackers (about 12 crackers)
05 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Wet Ingredients

08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 tablespoon water
10 - olive oil spray

→ Protein

11 - 1 pound thin-cut boneless pork chops

→ Garnish

12 - chopped parsley (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large zip-top plastic bag, combine the flour, kosher salt, and black pepper, shaking well to mix evenly.
02 - Add the thin-cut boneless pork chops to the bag, sealing it and shaking thoroughly to coat each piece with the flour mixture. Set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and water until fully blended. Set aside.
04 - In another medium bowl, combine the finely crushed club crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until uniformly mixed.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
06 - One at a time, dip each pork chop into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the cracker mixture, pressing gently to adhere and shaking off excess. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange pork chops in basket without overlapping. Generously spray the tops with olive oil spray.
07 - Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the tops again with olive oil spray. Cook until crust is golden brown and internal temperature reaches at least 155°F.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Preheating the air fryer is essential for optimal crispiness. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking and crust formation.
02 - Ritz or saltine crackers may be used as an alternative to club crackers.
03 - Use olive oil or coconut oil spray specifically designed for air fryers to prevent residue buildup.
