Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without spraying. Air fry for 4-6 minutes until desired doneness is reached; no need to flip. Internal temperature should be approximately 135°F (57°C) for medium, as steak will continue cooking in butter sauce.

While steak cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in chopped parsley.
