01 -
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 -
Combine chicken tenderloins, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl; toss to coat evenly and set aside.
03 -
Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 -
Pour approximately ⅓ cup of the honey mustard sauce over the seasoned chicken tenders and toss to coat thoroughly; set aside.
05 -
Place crushed potato chips in a shallow bowl. Dip each honey mustard-coated tender individually into the chips, pressing firmly to ensure an even coating. Arrange coated tenders on a plate.
06 -
Spray the air fryer basket generously with cooking spray. Arrange coated tenders in a single layer without crowding; work in batches if necessary. Spray the tops of tenders with cooking spray.
07 -
Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the coating is crispy.
08 -
Optionally garnish with chopped parsley and serve remaining honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.
