# What You'll Need:

→ Donuts

01 - 1 can (about 340g) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

02 - Olive oil spray for greasing

→ Vanilla Glaze

03 - 120g powdered sugar
04 - 2–3 tablespoons (30–45ml) whole milk
05 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Glaze

06 - 120g powdered sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
08 - 2–3 tablespoons (30–45ml) whole milk
09 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract

→ Decoration

10 - Sprinkles, as desired

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.
02 - Separate the buttermilk biscuits and arrange on a clean work surface. Using a 2.5–4 cm round cutter, cut a hole in the centre of each biscuit to form a donut shape. Reserve the centres for donut holes if desired.
03 - Lightly spray the air fryer tray with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
04 - Place the shaped donuts in the basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook in batches as needed. Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
05 - Remove the donuts from the basket and cool on a wire rack.
06 - In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the vanilla glaze. Adjust milk to achieve a thick yet pourable consistency.
07 - In another bowl, whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract for the chocolate glaze, maintaining a thick yet pourable consistency.
08 - Dip the tops of cooled donuts in the chosen glaze, allowing excess to drip off. Place glazed side up on rack. Immediately add sprinkles if desired.
09 - Serve immediately or allow the glaze to set for 1–2 hours for a firmer finish.
10 - If making donut holes, preheat the air fryer again if needed. Arrange holes in basket and air fry 3–4 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown. Glaze and decorate as desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use a shot glass if you do not have a small biscuit cutter for forming donut holes.
02 - The glazes can be halved for fewer donuts or multiple flavours.
03 - For a cinnamon sugar coating, brush fried donuts with butter and toss in cinnamon sugar instead of glazing.
04 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For best texture, enjoy on the day of preparation.
